Paddington ‘Rec' is a community park with facilities for all the family. It contains a running track, hockey and football pitches and tennis courts. It also offers cricket and a health and fitness centre. There is free on-site parking from Monday-Friday after 6pm.

The Centre provides gym facilities offering a range of aerobic activities. There are men-only days and women-only days for use of the spa facilities. ResCard and other concessions apply.
Regent's Park offers a wide range of sporting activities that include tennis, netball, athletics, softball, rugby and rounders. The Hub is a state of the art building which has changing facilities, exercise classes and a café.

The ResCard is free to residents of Westminster. The card entitles holders to discounts from organisations and services participating in the scheme. You may be able to obtain discounted travel, discounted theatre entry, discounted use of library facilities, discounts at restaurants etc. Application forms can be obtained from One Stop Services, libraries or from the ResCard office. Check with services that you use to see if ResCard discounts apply.

The Centre offers gym facilities, a range of sports and swimming for all ages. There is a supervised soft play area for children with separate hourly sessions for under 3s. ResCard and Concessions Card are welcome and allow you to obtain an entry discount. The unemployed, people with disabilities and senior citizens can access free swimming with a Concessions Card.

The Beethoven Centre delivers a range of acivities to meet local needs including a range of affordable physical acivities for all ages, welfare benefits advice and a weekly muli agency drop in. Membership is available to local residents at £6 per year and entitles residents to subsidised rate for physical activities and venue hire. The venue is available for private hire and offers a large hall with a capaciy of 150, and two meeting rooms.

The Westminster Sports Unit develops, delivers and supports an innovative sports service throughout Westminster for those who live, work and study in the City.The Sports Unit works to provide sporting opportunities for the whole community. It is involved in a number of collaborative and innovative programmes, including working with local families.
